年初的時候就被會算命的阿姨說今年是我的衰年，一路走到年尾也都默默的承受著。回頭看之前的幾個月，好像總以為到了谷底，又可以無預警的一直往下掉。在美國的生活總是被人誤解為光鮮亮麗，但是實際在這裡生活，跟一般人打交道，才恍然大悟到有這麼多爾虞我詐；儒家思想是善良的，但是天真的把自己的標準放諸四海，到最後就是遍體鱗傷。
不過，世界就是這樣，所以總要有開始學習人性的真面目的那一天。
一開始聽到Colours的時候，直覺又是哪個痘痘還沒擠乾淨的青少年團，唱得是熱血不是技巧，最吸引人的昰最後破得亂七八糟的高音。
但是在真得很沮喪的時候聽，這種熱血其實還蠻有療效的。似乎熱血能充滿全身，代謝掉負面能量，一邊學主唱鬼叫就能重新充滿年輕人與生俱來的樂觀。
他形容的沒錯，總是在把腦袋裡那個開關啟動，在想像的空間看世界的時候，才能實際上看到真實的「顏色」。也在那種時候才有可能靈光一現把卡在腦子的問題一下想通。
每個人都有自己的顏色，就像自己的特色，是獨一無二的；自己才了解的感覺和經歷的過往決定我們散發的顏色。顏色沒有好壞，只有不同，所以永遠也不要為了自己的顏色難過。其實應該說，對自己獨特的顏色，應該要得意洋洋才對! 因為就算人生不盡完美，但是只要能了解到你的人生經驗完全只屬於你個人，這種與眾不同就該好好珍惜。
而且，這麼漫長的一生中，怎麼可能一切順利，永遠不犯錯呢? 只要繼續活著，就可以繼續揮灑或是改變你的顏色，所以就像歌裡說的，你還有健康的身體，人生就還是彩色的，可以繼續走下去。
年紀比較小的時候總是不會把健康放在第一位，尤其心情沮喪的時候。長大的過程才漸漸了解，對未來最好的投資就是自己的健康，因為少了健康就沒有未來，什麼都不必說了。所以在處理人生的困境中，只要想著自己還是很健康，還有機會改變自己的未來，就是給自己最好的鼓勵。
這樣簡單的道理，最近不少人用來安慰過我，但是到頭來還是破音主唱最有說服力。大概是因為破音就聽起來很誠懇吧...
